About Our Founder

Founder of Top Sheet Productions, Carrie Paul is an accomplished production executive and line producer with a history of successfully completed projects in the entertainment industry. She brings 20+ years of content programming experience, having produced more than 500 episodes of network, cable and streaming programming. She has worked on shows and projects of all levels with well-known industry partners such as Netflix, Lifetime, MTV, TBS, Food Network and many more.

Carrie excels at creating budgets, managing operations, hiring crew and staff, and cost management for all genres of content production. She is a long-time member of the Producer’s Guild, Women In Non-Fiction and a consultant for the industry’s leading employment website, staffmeup.com. Carrie launched her career in Los Angeles after graduating from the accredited Mass Communications program at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.

In her personal life, Carrie enjoys spending time with her son and their Maltipoo, game nights with friends, caring for her vegetable garden and DIY projects around her home.
